SALT LAKE CITY and LOS ANGELES - April 17, 2008 - Public Engines today announced a strategic alliance with Hitech Systems to include an integration layer in Hitech Systems' SafetyNet™ CAD and RMS for CrimeReports.com, making them one of the first CrimeReports Ready applications available on the market today. The partnership will allow SafetyNet CAD and RMS customers to immediately and seamlessly integrate their crime data with CrimeReports.com, giving them the capability to share their crime data with their local community members.

Hitech System's SafetyNet CAD is a real-time, multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional Computer Aided Dispatch system for Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS agencies, and demonstrates some of the fastest transaction times in the industry.

Hitech System's SafetyNet RMS is an integrated records management system for law enforcement agencies, and provides extensive ad hoc reporting and analysis capabilities to assist with crime prevention, investigation and incident analysis.
